Rude Receptionist

b In general: /b Very rude front desk receptionist. A local chubby woman. I was checking out today and she did not even greet me when I approached the reception. I paid the full amount the night before, and I wasn't expecting any other sort of forms for me to sign. I asked her if there's anything else and she rudely answered me, 'You don't want your invoice?' She then added, 'I'll need your signature for the invoice.' After I signed the invoice, there's no thank you or any form of appreciation from her. Hotel management, please train your staff properly. Very bad hospitality. In no circumstances should any of your staff talk to a paying customer like that! No greets, no nothing. Look into it and do something about it.
